Glenelg is a seaside suburb  with a white sand beach reached by vintage tram from Adelaide.

Jordan and Erich stroll the Glenelg promenade next to the beach.

The Princess Highway runs south from Adelaide along the rugged, wind and salt parched southeast coast. The dunes, lagoons and lakes of Coorong National Park form an important wetland.

Vast areas of grassland support native species like kangaroos, wombats, echidnas and emus. Cattle and sheep ranches or "stations" may be up to a million square kilometers in size.

Near Robe, a trail meanders through coastal dunes and past windsurfing beaches. The size of the dunes area exceeds those in Oregon.

Mt. Gambier, a thriving city appear like  an oasis on the slopes of an extinct volcano, with
a blue crater lake and two sinkhole gardens.
